How Your Tuition Payment Works: Clear Steps, Transparent Costs

Application & Enrollment Fees
When submitting your application, you’ll be asked to pay a $100 non-refundable application fee.
Once accepted, families have two weeks to secure their spot with a $2,000 non-refundable enrollment deposit, which goes directly toward the tuition balance.

Secure Your Spot with an Enrollment Deposit
To make planning easy, tuition is split into two installments:
- July 15th — Minimum 50% of full-year tuition due for the Fall Semester
- November 15th — Remaining 50% due for the Spring Semester
If acceptance occurs after one of these deadlines, tuition is due within two weeks of acceptance.

Payment Policies
Payment information must be submitted during the application process and is kept on file to cover tuition and any additional expenses throughout the year. Families who choose to pay the full year’s tuition by July 15th receive a $1,000 discount.
Please note: program services cannot begin until full tuition AND a $350 refundable damage deposit are received.
Important Family Guidelines: Tuition Refunds, Gear Responsibility, and Student Funds
Students are asked to arrive with access to a debit account containing $1,000 total ($500 for fall and $500 for spring).
This money is used throughout the year for real-life budgeting practice—helping them learn how to plan, spend responsibly, and manage personal expenses with confidence.
